IT Presentation on DAM

This is the second week of my IT class and this week we have to present on different topics which were given by Mam. So the topic of my group is Digital Asset Management. We were 6 members so we divide the topic into different parts so every member will present his on assigned part.

 

Digital Asset Management

                                                          DAM is Management,  Organizing, Distribution of digital assets from a central repository. My part on this topic was about: 

1)  Effects of using Digital Asset Management

2)  How can we manage how not to effect using DAM on our society

So, I prepare about my part and presented well. I also take help of video and different Images for our power point presentation. 

Positive Effects of DAM

• Less consumption of time & space
• Quick & time saving
• Easy to transfer or copy
• We can edit copy & apply affects

Negative Effects of DAM

• It can cause unexpected data lose 
• Information can be hacked by someone
• Applying effects may demolish the original data
• It can make u lazy

 How can we manage how not to effect using DAM on our society

• By not getting addict to it
• By using security software
• By avoiding put sensitive information on social websites  
• By keeping the copy of original data as backup
• by updating our knowledge regarding DAM
